Yes. Residents get automatic reminders, can pay online, and receive receipts instantly, while you see who has paid and who hasn't.
Can I manage more than one PG or hostel building?
Yes. Multi-property support lets you run several buildings from one login, with rooms, residents and collections separated per property.
Can you move our existing data from Excel or registers?
Yes. During setup our team imports your existing records from Excel or your current software, and helps you bring in what is still on paper, so you start with your real data on day one.
Do we need new computers or servers?
No. EaseMyWork360 is a web app that runs in the browser on the PC, laptop, tablet or phone you already use. Your data is stored online with regular backups.
How is it priced?
It depends on the modules, users and branches you need. You get a clear quote after the free 15-minute audit, with no obligation to buy.
Can it be changed to fit the way we work?

How long does it take to go live, and who trains my staff?
