Can we manage more than one property?
Yes. Multi-property support lets you run several resorts or hotels from one system, with each property's rooms and revenue kept separate.
Does it include restaurant and F&B billing?
Yes. Restaurant orders and billing can be posted to the guest's room, so checkout includes everything in one bill.
Can you move our existing data from Excel or registers?
Yes. During setup our team imports your existing records from Excel or your current software, and helps you bring in what is still on paper, so you start with your real data on day one.
Do we need new computers or servers?
No. EaseMyWork360 is a web app that runs in the browser on the PC, laptop, tablet or phone you already use. Your data is stored online with regular backups.
How is it priced?
It depends on the modules, users and branches you need. You get a clear quote after the free 15-minute audit, with no obligation to buy.
Can it be changed to fit the way we work?
Yes. Fields, workflows, reports and user roles are set up around your process, and we can make custom changes where your business needs them.
How long does it take to go live, and who trains my staff?
We agree on a go-live date after the audit, based on how many modules and branches you start with. Our Tiruppur team trains your staff on-site before that day and stays a call or visit away afterwards.
